STEEL STORAGE RACK.
Abstract
The steel storage rack as described can be successfully used in storage of irregular and small lot items which can be placed on pallets without overlap. Saving of cube can thus be obtained with items that otherwise do not lend themselves to tiering. Steel construction has the advantage over wood in that it is permanent and not subject to deterioration over a period of time. Structural strength is also not dependent on the condition of the wood at time of fabrication.
