DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC BALANCING OF HYDRAULIC JIB CRANE,
Abstract
A device for automatic equilibration of the hydraulic jib crane consisting of mobile counterbalance, subject to the change of load, run by power hydrocylinder connected with cylinder-transducers, placed on the operating devices that determine load and retaining moments. To raise safety measures of the crane's operation, a distributing slide-valve is installed in the artery connecting transducers with power hydrocylinder of counterbalance. This distributing slide-valve guarantees the feedback control of counterbalance blocking the operating mechanisms of the crane in time of its unbalanced state. (Author)
