DETERMINATION OF THE TRANSMISSION CHARACTERISTICS OF AUTOANALYZER COLORIMETER FILTERS.

Abstract

The sample compartment of the Beckman DK-2A ratio recording spectrophotometer was modified to permit the determination of the transmission characteristics of the interference filter supplied by Technicon Instruments Corporation. More accurate measurements can be made in matching the sample and reference filters and in matching the filters to the point of maximum absorption of the chromophore using this technic. (Author)
