PROPERTIES OF A FERMI-SYSTEM WITH EQUAL SPACINGS BETWEEN ENERGY LEVELS,

Abstract

The paper proposes a model system containing N fermions, in which each particle possesses three degrees of freedom, and the orbital angular momentum of the particles in the degenerated state. Eigen solutions are found for this model system. Characteristics and physical features of the system are discussed. A comparison is also made with the conditions in an atomic nucleus. Results indicate that qualitatively the features of this model system are similar to the equally spaced energy levels in the atomic nucleus. (Author)
