A MULTIPLE SPEED DELTIC CORRELATOR.

Abstract

A real time DELTIC Correlator system was constructed from digital logic modules. The system contains from one to four independent correlators, all of which operate at one of thirteen switch-selectable speeds. The thirteen speeds correspond to sample rates of approximately 38 kHz, 19 kHz, 9.6 kHz, etc., down to 9.4 Hz, and correlograms are generated with delays from 0 to 511 times the sample period. The second highest speed (19 kHz sample rate) is identical to the speed of the WOX-3A DELTICS. (Author)
