INTEGRATED CIRCUITS FOR FIELDATA COMPUTERS.

Abstract

The report outlines the progress made in the development of the six-input gate and the present status of the flip-flop and line driver. Physical processes and material in process are discussed. Specific device parameters are considered. Transistor Saturation Resistance is derived and effects of material tolerance explained. Two methods of dielectric isolation which are being used are described. Pictures are submitted showing these methods and also showing actual units of the six-input gate in varying sequential process steps. Design of a linear amplifier is discussed. (Author)
