USE OF EJECTORS IN GAS COLLECTOR SYSTEMS,

Abstract

The problem of connecting gas wells of various pressure into a main line is considered. The report proposes using the excess pressure of high-pressure wells to raise the pressure of the gas coming from low-pressure wells through ejectors. This method allows connecting a well of any pressure into the main line and accurately controlling the output of gas from individual wells. The design and operation of the ejector are given and its effectiveness is evaluated. Simultaneous use of an ejector and a compressor is discussed. (Author)
