ON APPROXIMATION OF ANALYTIC FUNCTIONS ON DOMAINS WITH SMOOTH BOUNDARY.

Abstract

For a function defined on a bounded region of the complex plane with smooth boundary it is shown how to construct a sequence of approximating polynomials so that the closeness of approximation depends on the modulus of smoothness of the approximated function.
