STEADY-STATE WAVE PROPAGATION IN HOMOGENEOUS ANISOTROPIC MEDIA.

Abstract

The paper discusses the Green's matrix G(x, zeta) for steady-state wave propagation in homogeneous anisotropic media. Explicit representations of G(x, zeta) are derived for dissipative media (Im zeta > 0), loss-less media (Im zeta = 0) and for the far-field (absolute value of x approaches infinity). (Author)
