REPORT ON ENLISTED PERSONNEL REPLACEMENT COSTS,

Abstract

This research effort is being conducted in response to the urgent need for a comprehensive study of 'Enlisted Personnel Replacement Costs' for use by the Chief of Naval Personnel in satisfying requests from higher authorities. This report is limited to a discussion of the costs associated with replacement of ET's, FT's and AT's in pay grades E-1 through E-6. A subsequent study (AD-649 309) will deal with a number of additional ratings, representing the various occupational groupings in the Navy.
