WIDE-BAND DUMMY DIPOLE ANTENNA,

Abstract

The proposed wide-band dummy dipole antenna consists of a section of coaxial line with a helical inner conductor made of a high-resistance alloy. The external conductor is a screen provided with apertures. This configuration increases the level of the dissipated power and provides for accurate reproduction of dipole antenna input impedance within a wide frequency range. (Author)
