VULCANIZATION UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF NUCLEAR RADIATION,

Abstract

The present study is confined to: the structure and properties of radiation vulcanizates obtained by irradiation of rubbers and rubber-base mixes in a nuclear reactor, and by a co60 source of gamma-radiation; Investigation of the relation between the density of the vulcanization network and various factors; Investigation of the conditions for obtaining uniform massive and multilayer products (carriers) under the action of nuclear radiation.
