Abstract
Some preliminaries on notation and physical restrictions are given and succeeding sections contain the calculation of various classes of terms, the mean, the n x n term, the s x n terms, and the s x s terms. Finally, the terms are collected and the output signal to noise ratio determined. The restrictions on the generality of the analysis are introduced at the place in the derivation at which each restriction is first used. The critical assumptions are mentioned also in the summary of the analysis in the first report of this series (AD-649 620).
