STRUCTURE OF VELOCITY SPACE-TIME CORRELATIONS CELERITIES. ANALYTICAL EXPRESSIONS OF SPACE-TIME CORRELATIONS CELERITIES. FACILITIES AND METHODS OF MEASUREMENT FOR TEMPERATURE SPACE-TIME CORRELATIONS IN A BOUNDARY LAYER,

Abstract

The equations for space-time velocity correlations are given in the case of statistical homogeneity in time. The equations are written in terms of celerities, some properties of which are discussed. Facilities and methods of temperature and velocity space-time correlation in a thermal boundary layer are described; for this purpose a 'fluctuation diagram' is used. (Author)
