COLD-STAMPING TECHNOLOGY,
Abstract
The production processes of cold pressing of components (blanks) from sheet and shaped stock used in series and mass production of precision machine-building and instrument-making products are considered. Methods of designing and calculating production processes, problems of technological effectiveness of designs, automation of processes, and calculation of press capacities are presented. The various factors which affect the precision of manufactured components are examined, production products and equipment are described, and the reference data necessary for various calculations are presented.
