The bibliography was prepared in connection with the Research Analysis Corporation's work in principles of cost-effectiveness analysis, cost- benefit analysis and planning-programming-budgeting. This listing is not intended to be exhaustive, but meant to serve as an introduction to the rapidly expanding body of literature. Most of the entries are unclassified.
