GUIDE-LITE HELIPORT SYSTEM.

Abstract

A detailed description is given of the design and construction of a ground-based visual landing aid for helicopters. The purpose of the device is to identify the landing site and indicate the proper landing path and approach velocity. The unit is operational and will be flight tested and evaluated by the FAA.
