NEURISTOR REALIZATION STUDIES,

Abstract

The status of neuristor device realization studies is summarized. The reasons for proposing the tunnel-junction structure are reviewed and the experimental and analytical studies are described. At present, the validity of the tunnel-junction approach has not yet been established. (Author)
