HUMRRO RESEARCH ON HUMAN PERFORMANCE,

Abstract

The present organizational structure of HumRRO has evolved in relation to the structure of its client, the United States Army. The Army is an hierarchical organization with permanent training installations spread across the nation, and world-wide operations. HumRRO's organizational design and working relations with the Army have been tailored to provide the following: (1) Open and easy communication between military and research personnel, at all echelons, on the selection of relevant and important research and development topics important to the U.S. Army. (2) Direct access to Army schools and training centers for research and experimentation in training. (3) Techniques of communication between HumRRO and the Army to promote maximum utilization of results. (Author)
