A CLASS OF VISCOELASTIC-PLASTIC MEDIA,

Abstract

A class of nonlinear constitutive equations of rate-type are considered for viscoelastic-plastic continua and explicit restrictions are derived from thermodynamics. Some aspects of the associated linearized theory with isothermal deformations are also discussed. (Author)
