COMPUTATIONAL LINGUISTICS: BIBLIOGRAPHY, 1966,

Abstract

A bibliography is presented of 914 numbered items from 21 countries: books, articles, reports, research memoranda, and symposium contributions relevant to the fields of computational linguistics and documentation that became available in 1966. Particular attention is given to classification theory and practice and to computer hardware and programming for nonumerical applications (language processing). Entries under Documentation cover abstracting, bibliographic analysis, dissemination, indexing, organization, personnel, user relations, and publications systems. Psycholinguistics receives extensive coverage. There are also items on research methods, semantics, structural theory, style, and on the characteristics of 17 languages and language groups. An author index and an organization index are included, the latter divided by country. (Author)
