MOVING-TARGET SELECTION BY RADAR,

Abstract

This textbook gives the basic methods of moving-target selection by radar (MTS) and their application in moving-target-selection systems. Signals from moving and fixed targets, as well as interference signals, are described. Methods of cancelling signals from stationary targets are discussed. Specific features of various MTS-systems are analyzed; various factors affecting the quality of selection are examined, as are means of qualitatively improving the selection capacity of MTS-radars.
