THE PITOT PROBE IN LOW-DENSITY FLOW,

Abstract

The report discusses the measurement and interpretation of the impact pressure on a pitot tube in low-density flow. Viscous effects, relaxation effects, orifice-size effects, and internal flow effects are considered. There is one of a series of publications by the AGARD-NATO Fluid Dynamics Panel. (Author)
