RUNNING PERFORMANCE OF THE MONGOLIAN GERBIL, MERIONES UNGUICULATUS.

Abstract

Gerbils (Meriones unguiculatus) were put into activity cages under different conditions. They ran more during the hours 2000 to 2400 than at any time during the day. They ran more at 30C than at 20C or 10C. Variation was rather large. (Author)
