Abstract

Contained in the report are the aerodynamic and performance characteristics for the NIRO vehicle. Presented are the linear aerodynamic characteristics of the rigid vehicle and aeroelastic corrections. Data are presented for two different payload diameters of varying lengths. Also given are pertinent vehicle inertial and propulsion data. (Author)
