AN ECOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF CERTAIN CONCENTRATIONS OF CACODYLIC ACID ON SELECTED FAUNA AND FLORA.

Abstract

A study was made of the effects of cacodylic acid on the flora and fauna of specific ecotones. Approximate lethal dosages have been determined for specific plants and animals under certain conditions. The five ecotones, sandhills, hammock, grasslands, pond and stream, are briefly characterized and the effects of cacodylic acid on the inhabitants of each are summarized. (Author)
