ISN'T MY PROCESS TOO VARIABLE FOR EVOP.

Abstract

In this paper this question is answered in the negative. First it is pointed out that large variability implies the existence of large effects waiting to be found. Second it is shown that an EVOP scheme which produces only a modest increase in the basic process variation can lead to detection of effects in a very few cycles.
