APPLICATION OF SPECTROSCOPIC METHODS FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF LOW TEMPERATURE PLASMA,

Abstract

The report states methods of determining concentrations of charged particles in low temperature plasma according to measurement of broadening of spectral lines caused by quadratic Stark effect, measurements of intensities of forbidden spectral lines which appear under action of intermolecular electric fields, and intensities of autoionization spectral lines.
