Abstract
The main objective of this report is to investigate the potentials of adding sensitivity terms into the performance index to be optimized in order to achieve a reduction in sensitivity to plant parameter-deviations. The secondary objective is to survey the literature on methods of sensitivity reduction and on sensitivity in optimal control theory. (Author)
