THE EVALUATION OF RHENIUM RESISTORS.

Abstract

Efforts leading to the development of sequential component deposition for process evaluation of rhenium resistors are reported. Preliminary results of component testing are discussed and are used to demonstrate the need for the new approach. (Author)
