DEFINITION OF ROLE THEORY CATEGORIES FOR THE WORKER'S JUDGEMENT.

Abstract

Studies are examined on the conditions and experience of workers during task performance, during position occupancy, and in their interpersonal relations with others. It is shown how experiences are sensibly ordered according to the classification scheme, and that the meaning of the categories becomes clearer. (Author)
