DETECTION OF PULSE SIGNALS BY DIGITAL STORAGE UNITS,

Abstract

The book is devoted to research published in the periodical press on the use of digital accumulators in the detection of repeated pulse signals in noise. The book also contains the results of research by the author in this area. The problems are considered on the basis of statistical methods with main attention devoted to evaluation of the effectiveness of these methods with respect to the detection threshold. A large part of the book deals with problems of synthesizing optimal programs for processing signals by digital methods. The book is intended for persons interested in the problems of automatic selection of signals in noise. It can also be useful for graduate students and students specializing in radar. (Author)
