STRUCTURAL ROLE THEORY AND THE WORKER'S JUDGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY.
Abstract
A reconstruction of the worker's judgement of the boss is attempted. The reconstruction is based on a structural role theory classification developed from the reanalysis of research on job attitudes and opinions, and uses data from an industrial research project in Australia.
