ON ELASTIC, WORKHARDENING SOLIDS.

Abstract

A set of integral equations is established for the rate of change of the stress field that corresponds to a given rate of loading from a given elasto-plastic state in an elastic, workhardening solid. Approximate methods are developed for the numerical solution of these integral equations. (Author)
