RAMAN SPECTRA OF POLYCRYSTALLINE CO2 AND N2O.

Abstract

Raman spectra were taken of polycrystalline CO2 and N2O in the lattice region at several temperatures. Each spectrum consists of three bands assigned as librational modes. The peak positions shift an average of 9% over an 80K temperature range. (Author)
