A GENERAL PURPOSE VIDEO INPUT DEVICE FOR A DIGITAL COMPUTER.

Abstract

A general purpose video input device was acquired and interfaced to a digital computer. Time-shared access to this device was provided in real-time. The device was then used to provide input for a hand written character recognition scheme.
