Abstract

A general-purpose, chemically cross-linked polyethylene was developed which possesses an excellent balance of properties indicating its suitability for a wide variety of cable applications. The object of this paper is to discuss the properties and cable applications of the general-purpose compound under 2 KV. (Author)
