WIRES AND CABLES FOR SUBMARINE RADIO SYSTEMS.

Abstract

The modern submarine needs modern radio communications, and this requires wires and cables meeting the unique requirements of the submarine environment. Cables and wires which were satisfactory in former days are no longer acceptable. The Underwater Sound Laboratory is developing improved cables for submarine radio systems.
