RADIOACTIVE DISINTEGRATION AS A SUBSIDENCE PROCESS,

Abstract

The representation of fission product activity as the Laplace Transform of decay-constant distribution functions is studied and applied to idealized, empirical, and fractionated isotope distributions. It is also shown how the Inverse Transform may be used to draw conclusions about radioactive mixtures from measured decay curves. (Author)
