Abstract
The report is prepared in order to document the V. E. effort performed by Sylvania during the period 22 January 1967 through 21 April 1967. The report highlights accomplishments, future plans, problems experienced and anticipated, and plans for resolution of problems, if any. The report provides a means of measuring Sylvania's adherence to and compliance with the Sylvania Value Engineering Design Plans, as submitted to ECOM. (Author)
