DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEER DESIGN TEST OF THE 10-KW, 60-CYCLE MILITARY STANDARD ENGINE GENERATOR SET MODEL SF 10.0 MD.

Abstract

The report covers design and test of the 10-kw, 60-cycle, Military Standard, gasoline-engine-driven generator set as procured under contract DA-44-009AMC 8 (T). Environmental testing, trailer tests, and winterization system are covered in addition to normal engineering design tests. The report concludes that this equipment is suitable for use by the field Army. (Author)
