MAYER'S THEORY OF CONDENSATION AND HOMOGENEOUS NUCLEATION,

Abstract

A study was made of Mayer's limiting processes (infinite series and V approaches infinity) in detail, showing that the density, rho sub c, where condensation takes place and the density rho sub c (infinity) where condensation should take place according to Mayer are indeed equal.
