SLOW MOVING FIELD DOMAINS IN CDS IN THE RANGE OF NEGATIVE DIFFERENTIAL CONDUCTIVITY.
Abstract
Time periodic solutions of Poisson and transport equations in the range of negative differential conductivity due to field quenching were calculated by machine computation using parameters as obtained for cadmium sulfide and show the possibility that the hole concentration increases above the electron concentration in the high field domain.
