Abstract

The purpose of the study was to develop methods and procedures for evaluation of the relative effectiveness with which a Link trainer can be flown using an apparatus known as 'flybar,' which was designed to give airplane pilots non-verbal auditory indications of turn, bank and pitch in flight.
