PROJECT ECHO. PHASE 1

Abstract

The ECHO technique utilizes a 'projective survey' format. The method is projective because the subjects (Ss) are permitted to define some variables which are usually predetermined by the investigators; it is a survey because groups rather than individuals are the object of concern. The value of this type of attitude survey and the theoretical logic underlying its development are explicated.
