REPORT ON HIGH ALTITUDE ROBIN FLIGHTS, OCTOBER 1966,

Abstract

Tracking data from high altitude ROBIN balloon flights are reduced to yield meteorological parameters. Plots of these parameters are shown and comparison is made to a model. Different smoothing techniques are examined using objective methods. Differences in the meteorological parameters as a function of the smoothing interval are examined. (Author)
