QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF ADMIXTURES IN MOLYBDENUM. SPECTRAL AND ANALYTICAL DETERMINATION OF ADMIXTURES IN TUNGSTEN PREPARATES,

Abstract

The first paper reports researches directed to assuring the required precision of determinations of impurities in Mo, which in this case were 0.0001% for tin, lead, bismuth and antimony, and 0.001% for zinc, copper, arsenic, chromium, titanium and nickel. The second paper describes quantitative determinations of tin, bismuth, lead, cadmium, antimony, copper, nickel, arsenic, zinc, chromium, titanium, magnesium, silicon, iron, aluminum in a relatively pure tungsten preparates. The metallic tungsten in the form of moldings and powder, the WO3 tungsten andydrite, the H2WO4 tungstic acid, and the (NH4)2WO4 ammonium paratungstate are included among them.
