LASA'S INSENSITIVITY TO EVENTS OCCURRING IN THE SANTA CRUZ - NEW HEBRIDES ISLANDS REGION,
Abstract
It has been observed that many events originating from the Santa Cruz-New Hebrides Islands Region are not being detected by the LASA system. Evaluation of this phenomena was conducted on sample events from the following regions: Santa Cruz Islands, Fiji Islands, Tonga Islands, Samoa Islands, Loyalty Islands, New Hebrides Islands, Solomon Islands, Mariana Islands.
