A RECEIVER WITH A SYNCHRONOUS PARAMETRIC AMPLIFIER,

Abstract

A receiver with a degenerate parametric input amplifier that operates in a synchronous mode is theoretically and experimentally investigated. Synchronous pumping is obtained by means of a special feedback loop. It is shown that the appropriate frequency selection of the first heterodyne expands the frequency band of the synchronous mode with strong resonance. (Author)
