A PROCEDURE FOR ESTIMATING EIGENVALUES,

Abstract

A new procedure is given for calculation of lower bounds to the eigenvalues of self-adjoint operators. Computation of the lower bounds is reduced to the solution of linear algebraic problems. (Author)
